Option B: Two Modules plus an Action Research ProjectIn this option, students:
- Complete any two NSELC Modules.
- In consultation with an advisor, select a topic that relates to an issue from one of the modules and that has implications for their leadership practice.
- Engage in an action research project that explores their leadership practice.
- Upon completion of the action research project, produce a short written report to be shared with their advisor and disseminated to appropriate colleagues in their work site
